Health Club Credit and MyHealthCenter
Earn up to a $20 credit each month for visiting your health club
A BCBSND member and his or her spouse can earn up to a $20 credit monthly for visiting a participating health club. BCBSND has partnered with the National Independent Health Club Association (NIHCA), a non-profit organization that represents independently owned health centers across the nation, to administer this program.

Enrollment Process
Follow the steps below to participate in the Health Club Credit program and MyHealthCenter. You will be eligible for wellness rewards and incentives once your health risk assessment is finished.
Part 1 Health Club Credit:
1. Bring your BCBSND ID card to your health club
2. At your participating health club, ask to enroll in the Health Club Credit program
Part 2 - MyHealthCenter:
1. Go to: MyHealthCenter
2. Click on "Not a Member"
3. Enter membership information
4. Complete online authorization annually
5. Enter e-mail address, mailing address and phone number
6. Fill out your profile
7. Create a username and password
8. Complete your health risk assessment annually
